1. Take very hot water and add a tsp of honey in it. Consume it just before sleeping and take small sips.

5. Grind kheel of Borax (heat Borax in an iron vessel so that it spreads and store in a bottle) and liquorice and mix equal amounts of both in a bottle. Take half gram to one gram of it twice or thrice with honey or warm water.
6. Avoid foods that provoke an attack Food allergy is a rare cause of asthma. Still, some asthmatics can’t tolerate certain foods. Common offenders include nuts, shellfish, milk, eggs, and strawberries.
7. Drink 1/4 cup onion juice, a tablespoon honey, and 1/8 tablespoon black pepper
8. Mix one gram of dry ginger powder and one gram of black pepper in one teaspoon of molasses or honey. This is one of the good home remedies for asthma.
9. Have a cup of black coffee,the warmth will break up the flem and the caffine will help the stewness in your chest/throat.
