  • Three cups of water
  • A cup of good quality raisins

Raisins should be dark and slightly bright and without holes or impurities.

Preparation
Place the three cups of water in a pot and bring to a boil. When it starts to boil, add the raisins clean and boil for about 2 minutes. Let stand overnight.

The next day, move well with a spoon and have a cup on an empty stomach. You can take it hot or warm. You should drink the water and also eat the raisins.

The rest you can store in the refrigerator as it must be given for three days.

Do this every day for a week. Already on the third day you will begin to feel positive results in your body.

It is recommended that alcohol consumption be suspended during that week and fat consumption be reduced.
