Constipation treatment using Pear
Pears are beneficial in the treatment of constipation. Patients suffering from chronic constipation should adopt an exclusive diet of this fruit or it’s juice for a few days, but in ordinary cases, a medium-sized pear taken after dinner or with breakfast will have the desired effect.
Mango is a natural reliever of constipation.
Dip 10-12 dry grapes without seeds in milk and boil the milk. Drink the milk separately and chew the grapes. This is more beneficial when taken at night. This is one of the useful home remedies for constipation.
Be caution about herbs. Herbal remedies for dealing with constipation abound. Among those touted are aloe (juice, not gel), senna, rhubarb (medicinal), cascara sagrada, dandelion root, and plantain seeds. Some, such as cascara sagrada, can be very effective, says Dr. Lawder, but you need to be careful. Certain herbal laxatives, just as chemical ones, should not be overused.

Add more fruits to the diet prunes pears, grapes, Orange juice & Papaya.
Other effective laxatives are papaya, figs, grapes and orange. Consume about four or five dry figs soaked in water overnight.
Spinach is a perfect vegetable oriented home remedy for constipation. The best is to eat it raw or else you can go in for 100 ml spinach juice mixed with an equal quantity of water and drink it twice in a day.
Dos and don’ts
The diet taken during constipation must be easily digestible.
Plenty of fruits, vegetables and salads
Freshly cooked food, and chew food thoroughly.
Eat only when hungry and maintain at least 4 hours between meals.
