Two teaspoons of lemon juice and a teaspoon of honey mixed in a cup of warm water is good for curing arthritis.

Mix 1 cup of any green vegetable juice with equal proportions of carrots, celery and red beet juices and take it two times in a day. This is one of the best home remedies for arthritis.

Flax Seed Oil can also be used instead of the raw seeds. Take 1 teaspoon of Flax Seed Oil 3 times daily. The oil can be added to food as well. Continue this remedy for at least one month to cure the primary forms of arthritis.

Eat 200 gm of cherries in milk two or three times a day.

Fry one raw clove of garlic in ghee or castor oil. Take this once a day for two or three months. Eat Alfalfa or take alfalfa capsules. It’s very rich in minerals needed for the formation of bones.

One of the useful home remedies for arthritis is to take 2 tablespoons mullein, 3 of granulated slippery elm bark, one of lobelia, 1 teaspoon cayenne and mix thoroughly. Use boiling water to make paste. Spread on cloth and place on swollen joints. Also recommended oil of origanum, oil of lobelia, oil of capsicum, mixed with coconut oil for a good rub.

Green gram soup should be prepared by mixing a tablespoon of green gram in a cup of water, with two crushed garlic and cloves. It should be taken twice a day.

5 drops of angelica oil can be added to a hot bath and angelica root compress can be applied to reduce spasms, pain and inflammation in the joints.
