Ingredients:
- Cabbage
- Turnip
- Carrot
- lemon
- Olive oil
preparation:
Grind the cabbage, carrot and turnip in the ration. Add some herbs of your choice (parsley, celery ...). Stir the vegetables and mix well so that they can release their own juices. After those, add some lemon juice.
In the end, add some olive oil or other vegetable oil of your own choice. Don't splash the salt on the salad!
