Detoxifying the body through the feet is a very easy and simple, but efficient way to cleanse the body of toxins that accumulate over time, by not cutting with certain foods in our diet.

In addition, detoxification through the feet is considered one of the safest ways to detoxify.

It is a technique, based on foot reflexology. The latter defends the idea that certain areas of our feet (hands, face and ears), known as reflex zones, are connected with organs and systems of our body. Therefore, by exerting adequate pressure on them, they are able to heal.
In this case, it is not about pressing as such, but about immersing your feet in a mixture, to stimulate them and activate the cleansing of everything that your body does not need.

Ingredients:
- ½ cup of Epsom salts

- ¼ sea salt

- ½ cup apple cider vinegar

preparation:
Fill a tub or bucket with hot water, pour all the ingredients and put your feet for 30 to 40 minutes.

After bath
Brush them with a natural fiber brush. This will help remove any toxins clinging to the skin and also remove dead cells. After brushing, rinse with warm water. If you feel the need to soften your feet, rub them with 100% aloe vera. This is also a good time for a relaxing foot massage. Do not use lotions with additives as your feet will quickly absorb what they contain. For maximum benefits, take a foot bath every night for a week, then twice a week for a month. After 30 days, once a week is recommended for maintenance.
