Nutrition
Our blood type influences chemical reactions related to digestion. For this reason, people with type O blood should consume foods rich in protein, while those with type A are more compatible with vegetables .

Type B should avoid chicken and eat more red meat. Finally, those of type AB benefit from sea food and lean meat. These two types of blood have to do with our hunter ancestors, so if they try to be vegetarians it may cost them more.
