In the first place, we can divide obesity into two main types: android obesity and pear type obesity. The first, android type (located above the waist), is the most dangerous, since it is related to diabetes, triglycerides and cholesterol. On the other hand, pear-type obesity, located below the waist, is less harmful but can still increase circulation problems in the legs.
Once the type of problem we have is identified, it is necessary to specify it a little more in order to find an effective remedy that will help us get rid of it.
There are 6 types of obesity:
1. Food obesity
It is located mainly in the upper part of the body: face, neck, back ... Bad habits such as alcohol, tobacco and poor diet can be the cause of its appearance.
How to treat it : forget about fatty and industrial foods, because they are the cause of what is happening to you. If you change your diet and start walking 30 minutes a day, you will notice the changes very quickly.
2. Abdominal nervous obesity
We talk about abdominal obesity when fat is located mainly in the abdomen and waist. Nerves, depression and anxiety are often the origin of this problem.
